Shaking the Tree is one of Melbourne’s most vibrant and exciting choirs full of heart, soul and good fun. Collaborating this year with Colombian master-percussionist Gustavo Moreno, their set is peppered with dynamic cumbias and evocative mariachi tunes alongside much-loved classics like Leonard Cohen, Sinead O’Connor, Casey Chambers and the Warumpi Band. Led by Bronwyn Calcutt.

Joining them is support act, Son Candela.

Directly from South America and now well established in Melbourne, Son Candela is a dynamic trio featuring guitar, cahon and vocals and delivering a fantastic blend of Flamenco music with Latin Classics.
